This Cookie Policy explains how Kaeli, operated from Denmark, uses cookies and similar local storage on the Kaeli website, clinic onboarding, Luna chat, and clinic storefronts. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

We follow a privacy-first approach: only essential storage is active by default.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. We also use related technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage. In this policy "cookies" covers all of these. Some are strictly necessary to make the site work; others are optional and only used with consent.

Cookie categories

• Essential — required for security, language, and basic functionality. These cannot be switched off because the site would not work without them.
• Analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregated measurement, off by default.
• Marketing — not used. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential storage we use

• Security tokens — protect forms and requests against abuse.
• Login links — let clinic owners sign in securely.
• Wizard state — remembers onboarding progress in your browser.

Third-party storage

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and security may set essential, security-related storage.
• Stripe — at checkout, Stripe may set storage needed for secure payment processing and fraud prevention.

Managing your choices

You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may break security or core features. We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party advertising trackers.
