Terms of Service

Service

These Terms govern use of Kaeli, operated from Denmark. Kaeli provides animal-business website import, Luna AI booking chat, storefronts, appointment and emergency-routing flows, and a directory for animal-service businesses.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You must be authorized to act for the business you register.
• You must provide accurate clinic, contact, service, and emergency information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must not impersonate another clinic, abuse trials, or bypass plan limits.

Plans and billing

• Every plan starts with a 3 month free trial intended for evaluation.
• Public pricing: Solo EUR15/month, Team EUR39/month, Multi-location EUR99/month.
• Stripe processes subscription billing when payments are enabled. We do not store card numbers.
• VAT or other tax may be added where required by law.
• Failed payments may lead to reminders, limited functionality, or suspension after a grace period.

Acceptable use

• Use Kaeli only for lawful animal-service, booking, and pet-care operations.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not use Luna to mislead pet owners or to present AI output as veterinary medical advice.
• You are responsible for your services, prices, opening hours, and local regulations.

AI features and no medical advice

Luna can help collect booking details, summarize animal-service business services, and route emergencies. Luna is not a veterinarian and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. The business remains responsible for reviewing requests, keeping service data accurate, and honoring confirmed bookings. For severe symptoms, pet owners must contact an emergency veterinarian directly.

Pet owner data and retention

Businesses own their booking data and are responsible for having the right to collect and process pet owners' details. Kaeli processes that data to provide the service and keep the platform secure. We will support reasonable export or deletion requests where technically and legally possible.

Availability

We aim to keep Kaeli reliable, but no online service is guaranteed uninterrupted. Maintenance, provider outages, or emergency fixes may affect availability.

Termination

• You may cancel your subscription through the billing flow or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, illegal use, abuse, or serious Terms violations.
• After termination, data may be deleted or anonymized after a reasonable closure period unless law requires retention.

Liability

Kaeli is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
