Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Kaeli is a flat monthly price and you keep 100% of every booking — no per-booking fees and no marketplace cut. Booking platforms that run their own marketplace can take up to 20% of each new client; Kaeli takes nothing.
Is there really a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 3 month free trial. You don't need a card to begin, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Luna reads your existing public website to learn your services and hours. You keep your current website exactly as it is.
Does Luna give medical advice?
Never. Luna prepares booking and intake requests and routes urgent cases to your emergency contact or the nearest hospital, always with a clear disclaimer.
What languages does Luna speak?
English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish out of the box. You choose which languages your business enables.
How are emergencies handled?
If you enable emergency triage, urgent symptoms route to your WhatsApp (when open) or to the nearest emergency hospital — with the safety disclaimer shown every time. WhatsApp is never auto-sent without owner action.
